On the last meeting of human resource management subject, we talked about recruitment and selection. In order to recall about the subject with the more interesting method (according to me :p), all in once, i wanna tell you about the preparation which related with your career (indeed why i’ve asked you about it yesterday). When the lecturer was explaining about a job, directly, i remember about you’ve been asked to me that ak required any authors. Hyea, it’s a fact (it don’t mean that i’m not believe with your saying at that time, hehe). There is an important job, but the leader of our project couldn’t find someone who qualified for that job, so the job can be postponed. But, i rethinking about it. “if it is an important thing, why the importance of the job doesn’t socialize to the public?” well, perhaps there are some reasons which not show to us because of many things surround. Yeah, offcourse, you really now about recruitment, what is that? Do you agree if i said, it is making process from nothing become a thing, and in this case, it means there are some jobs and no one take place for the jobs, so the jobs need people to be employee for it. And how about selection, if i may say that, selection is a process or the next step of the recruitment. Does it mean, if there is no recruitment, it will be no selection also? And which one more difficult to do, recruitment or selection? Or both of them as same as an easy things? (wait, by the way,are you bored? Because i’m bored with count up many big number from finance management, may be it would be better if i write it :) ok, we’ll continue, some of dilemmatic problems occured concerning human resources. It is about recruitment. Because of the difficulties of seeking a staff, quality isn’t a priority. Even, there is a statement (i don’t know it is a serious or just a joke, but that’s a tragic reality if it is a true fact) that anyone at all could be the “manpower”, the main point is he or she doesn’t have corrupt morality although they don’t have abilities. Oh..what do you think? So that, the practice of the subject yesterday is “how to make people interest to have a job in your region?” show your tricks and techniques to make them attracted. And the second case is about the lecturer. “Why do the student not too interest to be a lecturer (especially on your study programme)?” what things “quickly accross” on your mind?? I also remember (again) about someone who ever offered to be a lecturer, but he rejected the offering whereas he actually love science,and has a briliant brain,etc. Why? I don’t know exactly, but he said that, too many critical student here, and he prefer be concern with social management range because it more dynamic. But, if i catch that point, i think the first statement is not a strength reason, by the good logic, almost every question could be answered by him well. How about the second? I think it is enough to be a reason, but don’t forget, reach many achievements in social management scope, would be so appreciated here. May be it also one of many reasons why people choose jobs inside that range, beside offering about meaningfull or “reward” value from the God (haha) whereas who knows the system of God appraising to us. Perhaps, if we success in social management, the result will be so appear. It is so significant, from nothing be all things,right? as we know through the experiences as long as the time. But, is it right, that those things make people do not interest with a job in teaching? (i don’t know exactly :P) Teaching is also very very important thing, because the teacher,in this case, lecturers, helping students reach the expertise. Worry about the guilt? I don’t know, obviously, i would like to give you leaks that there will be seriously recruitment and selection for this job and serious system which regulate about it. Promote, demote, rotate, indeed would be existed. The competition, self developments system,even career stage offering of this job. Am i promoting at this time? Haha.. offcourse no..
